专注度指标说明

名词解释

专注度是指大脑能够指向和集中于某一项任务的相对程度。专注度的值越高表明越专注,即大脑能够更长时间和更深入的集中处理当前任务。

真实案例

在正念冥想中,需要保持一定的专注,但是也不一定需要极其专注,否则就会让身体过于紧张引起疲惫;数呼吸和慈心观的时候,专注度相对较高,但程度因人而异;身体扫描,放空及场景想象的时候,专注度随着场景构建的切换,专注度就不会太高。

通常有些人会有专注力不足的情况,或者很难意识到自己对念头的专注,通过练习就能够提升自己的专注力,提升自己对念头和对专注的感知,从而对自己在工作或者生活中会有很好的帮助。
